  Went yesterday to look at a car with my son and found a car he liked unfortunetly we couldn't test drive it as it had no fuel in the car at all.We came back today and test drove it and my son liked the car.I told the sales man Sean that there were warning lights coming up on the dash and he got the mechanic to check them out but because I was asking questions on the car and wanting it to be right for my son who is going off to the RAF he didn't like it and actually said to me that he didn't think he wanted to sell me the car.I could not believe his attitude and when I said that we would buy the car he would not even drop £100 on a £5500 car no negotiation nothing.I have bought many cars in my life and dealt with many dealers but I have never had as bad a service as i've had from this salesman,he knows nothing about cars and has the worst attitude possible.Today your garage lost a sale for no reason and the car has been sitting there since the 10/4/17 so I will happly take my business elsewhere.I thought this garage was suposed to have a good reputation for customer service but I can assure you I saw no evidence of that over the last two days.Even the mechanic told him you shouldn't let the car run down with absolutely zero fuel,hence why the engine management system was bringing up fault lights and all he could say was he knew nothing which was absolutely correct.
